Bader Fahad Abdulla Al-Rezaihan is Chairman and Managing Director of Amwal International Investment Co. KSCC, a private equity firm. He also currently serves as Chairman of Noor Capital Markets for Financial Brokerage Co. KSC, and is founder and Chairman at Mawarid General Trading and Contracting Co.

Mr. Al-Rezaihan previously served as Vice Chairman at Al-Shamel International Holding Co. KSCC, and as the Vice Chairman at National Takaful Insurance Co. KSC.

Having completed his undergraduate degree and MBA from Woodbury University, Mr. Al-Rezaihan founded CIC, an international investment firm and asset management company, where he served as Chairman and CEO.  He also served as U.S. Division President of Kuwait International Investment Corporation.

Mr. Al-Rezaihan currently serves on numerous boards of privately held retail, real estate, technology and foreign trade companies. He is the Co-Founder of American Kuwaiti Alliance, a nonprofit organization focused on strengthening political and trade relations between the two countries.
